This 55-minute class will utilize the Pilates Reformer Method and will use additional small props and equipment with the exercises.


It will improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and stability.


Rings, rollers, medicine balls, and jumpboards will be used accordingly.



Private, Duet, and Trio classes available for Pilates Reformer Method sessions.

Forte Workout

This 55-minute class will be comprised of:


  • Myofascial Foam Roller Release Method (5 mins)

  • Pilates Reformer (15 mins)

  • Weight & Resistance Training (15-mins)

  • Interval (HIIT) Series (15-mins)

  • Stretch/Cooldown (5 mins)


We will also focus on exercises to improve flexibility, balance, and coordination.


Private and Duet sessions ONLY.


This 55-minute class will be customized and designed with your specific needs and fitness goals in mind.


Whether you want more Pilates in your workout, or more weight training with kettlebells and/or battle ropes, etc, this workout will be created to challenge and motivate.
